Woodside raising $2.5B for Scarborough and Senegal

WOODSIDE Petroleum is undertaking a A$2.5 billion equity raising to acquire the additional 50% of the Scarborough gas field from ExxonMobil, in a sign Woodside is keen to put one of Australia’s most remote gas fields on the production track.
