High hopes for GoM spud

OTTO Energy has started drilling South Timbalier 224 to show that its South Marsh Island 71 discovery was no fluke and give it more leverage to expand its Gulf of Mexico footprint, its exploration chief Paul Senycia told <i>Energy News</i>.
