Roma Shelf keeps on giving for Armour

ARMOUR Energy, which has just been lobbed a $36.6 million hostile takeover bid by Chinese-owned WestSide Energy, has done its own "company transforming" deal to become a significant gas, LPG, condensate and oil producer on the Surat Basin's Roma Shelf, capitalising on its early relationship with Arrow Energy.
