Scotland keen on decom role

WITH around 302 oil and gas installations, 373 subsea installations, 16,000km of pipelines, and more than 5000 wells to be decommissioned on the UK Continental Shelf alone, much of it in Scottish waters, the nation is keen not to be undercut by European rivals.
