Otto wades into Gulf

FRESH from its agreement to contest a rejected lease application with its partner Byron Energy near the South Marsh Island development, Perth-based Otto has entered a new shallow water play in the US Gulf of Mexico that will be drilled before the end of the year.

  Otto is joining major Gulf independent W&T Offshore (39%) in farming into private prospect generator Houston Energy's (11%) South Timbalier 224 for a 25% working interest (19.5625% net revenue interest)....
