Shareholder notice invalid

FRIDAY’s S249D notice, served on Central Petroleum on Friday by OptionCo, was sparked by the group’s conclusion that the offer being made by Macquarie Bank did not reflect the value of the central Australian gas producer, but it has already been declared invalid.
