Santos' new stratagem

ADELAIDE-based oiler Santos has struck a formal strategic arrangement with its two largest shareholders, formalising an agreement between ENN Holdings and Hony Capital, who together own 15.11% in Santos, to support growth in Australia and Papua New Guinea.
