Santos unaware of Harbour-ENN takeover tie-up

SANTOS has advised it knows of no agreement between one of its largest shareholders, Hong Kong’s ENN, to join forces with Harbour Energy in its US$13.5 billion bid for the Australian oil and gas giant.
