Woodside to expand Pluto and speed Scarborough 

  WOODSIDE Petroleum plans to speed up plans for the Scarborough development and expand Pluto Train 2  in 2024 to 4-5 million tonnes per annum capacity, up from the planned 2-3.3MMtpa, as announced at yesterday's investor day in Sydney.
