Amity said there was approximately 39 Kiwi shareholders holding 72,900 shares which are quoted on the NZSE. In total, Amity has around 159 million shares on issue.

The company said some time ago, it had relinquished all its New Zealand exploration permits and its focus was now on Europe, and Australia.

It said the cost of maintaining the share register in New Zealand now outweighed the benefit of its listing on the NZSE. NZ shareholders will be able to trade their shares on the ASX.
