CHC renews Australian offshore contract

Under terms of the $C14.5 million contract, CHC's Australian office will supply a dedicated AS 332L1 Super Puma aircraft to Newfield Exploration Australia.

"This contract, which commences 12 April, is in direct continuity to an existing contract with Newfield," CHC said in a statement to the media.

The contract will be serviced from CHC's base on Troughton Island, approximately 300 miles west of Darwin.

CHC has also been flying the Bayu-Undan workers to their Timor Sea project, with that contract being based out of Dili.
