FAR raising funds

First Australian Resources is looking to raise $900,000 by issuing 20 million ordinary shares at 4.5 cents per share. The company lodged the Prospectus with ASIC last Friday.

The company said the issue is not underwritten and the funds will be used to for its exploration programs in Australia, China and the US as well as for general working capital.
