Saudi, Russia in energy talks

The Saudi Arabian Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources and his Russian counterpart have met for talks in Moscow with regards to signing a number of bilateral agreements between the fuel and energy sectors in both countries.

Ali Ibrahim Naimi and Igor Yusufov are in the process of discussing various questions regarding cooperation between the two states over the trade of fuel and energy between the two countries and are expected to sign essential trade agreements during the Saudi Arabian minister's visit to Russia.

The parties are also expected to discuss the situation in the fuel and energy sector in Iraq and the Middle East in general.
