BP makes $US7.2B Indian farm-in

BP has acquired a 30% stake in 21 production sharing contracts operated by India's largest private oil and gas company Reliance Industries, including the producing Krishna Godavari D6 block, for $US7.2 billion ($A6.7 billion).
