More stalls for Japanese nuclear

A JAPANESE court issued an injunction yesterday against two of Kansai Electric Power's nuclear reactors in Fukui prefecture, fuelling further hopes for the coal industry after Prime Minister Shinzo Abe launched a blueprint to boost electricity output that could trigger a wave of new coal-fired power plants.
