THE simmering spat between the owners of Malaysian-based oiler Hibiscus Petroleum and its partially owned Lime Petroleum has intensified, with Hibiscus lodging a claim for $US35 million ($A46 million) for financial losses it says were inflicted when Lime's other owners shut it out of a restructuring plan for the Norwegian entity.
