HYUNDAI Heavy Industries has delivered the mammoth rig BP wants to use drill the Great Australian Bight to US-based Diamond Offshore Drilling, but questions remain about whether the UK oiler will even be able to use the $US585,000 per day rig in Australian waters this summer.
