Mattis wades into South China Sea dispute 

US SECRETARY of Defence James Mattis has taken a strong step in to the South China Sea disputes on his first tour of Southeast Asia by using the name North Natuna Sea to describe an Indonesian-claimed part of the South China Sea the nation contests with China.
