Witness K charged in E Timor spying case

TIES between East Timor and Australia are back in the spotlight again as Independent MP Andrew Wilkie last week used Parliamentary privilege to disclose that Witness K, and his lawyer Bernard Collaery, have been charged with conspiring to communicate secret information.
