John Fletcher has resigned as a director of NGC Holdings and Mark Harper has been appointed as his replacement. Mr Fletcher, formerly group manager investments with AGL, had served on the NGC Board since 1997. Mr Harper is AGL's group general manager operations. As such he heads AGL's infrastructure management and services group, Agility.

Christian Lange has been appointed as chief executive officer of the SDS Group. Lange has worked for 15 years with Schlumberger in various operations, including Yemen, New Zealand and Venezuela. Most recently, he has worked in New York as Schlumberger's director of investor relations.
