Magellan Petroleum has appointed Robert Mollah as a director of the company. Mollah has geophysical expertise in oil and gas exploration both on and offshore and has gained extensive management and financial experience working in senior positions principally for CSR and BHP in Australia and Asia.

I.E. Webber A.O. has retired as a director of Santos effective 31 October, 2003.

Gregory Barrett has resigned as company secretary of the Renewable Energy Corporation and its subsidiaries and been replaced by Mark Pearce.

Santos has appointed Mary Lynch as group executive, Human Resources. Lynch was previously national manager, Human Resources in Telstra's Infrastructure Services Group.
