Parsons has been with Halliburton for almost 25 years and since leaving Australia in 1999, he has been the pumping services country manager for Indonesia, Asia Pacific pumping services manager based in Kuala Lumpur, and, most recently, the area manager for Russia.

Based in Perth, Parsons will report directly to Joe Rainey, vice president, Asia Pacific.
