Victorian Petroleum Club meeting next week

WHILE some cynics in Western Australia have said they’re not surprised it’s taken a Californian - Carnarvon Petroleum's David Orth - to finally get the Victorians into gear, the industry is pleased to see the Melbourne Petroleum Club is growing more popular with its next meeting slated for Friday week, 3 June. New members are welcome.

Victorian Petroleum Club meeting next week

This loose-knit group aims to foster a forum for petroleum professionals based in Victoria, travelling through Melbourne or with an interest in south-east Australian oil and gas.

The venue is the Rose Hotel in Port Melbourne with a noon for 12.30 start. There is a set menu and a good wine list. There is no set agenda for the meeting, rather with an emphasis on social and networking opportunities.

Interested persons are asked to contact David J. Orth, Carnarvon Petroleum, on

davidorth@carnarvonpetroleum.com or at the Carnarvon office on 03-9225-5400 or mobile on 0413-594-320
