Under the deal, PearlStreet said it would deliver asset integrity and engineering services as part of a major overhaul to CS Energy’s four power stations, which together provide more than 30% of the state’s electricity.
It will work under a collaborative agreement with CS Energy and three other service providers, Clyde Babcock-Hitachi (CBH), Siemens and Varley.
PearlStreet managing director Anthony Wooles said the company was now well-positioned to undertake more contracts “of this size and significance”.
“We look forward to strengthening our relationship with CS Energy and sustaining the ongoing value of its energy facilities,” he said.
“The strong capabilities, industry experience and client partnering credentials of the
PETRS division are highly valued across the sector,” Wooles said.
PearlStreet listed on the Australian Securities Exchange at a premium in late February, after closing its $8 million initial public offering oversubscribed.
