The 2008 APPEA conference program will be launched on December 19. Registration opens on the same day and early bird registration closes on February 22.

Themes for the plenary program include: energising change; growth, challenges and opportunity; the changing international paradigm; industry innovation; and the changing domestic energy outlook.

The 2008 APPEA Conference also offers 16 technical and commercial concurrent sessions with more than 50 speakers presenting.

According to APPEA, these sessions will look at real issues and challenges for the industry, providing delegates with access not only to case studies but also insights into new technological and commercial developments.

APPEA reports that, to date, over 90% of its 223 booths have been sold and 125 companies have been confirmed to exhibit. For the first time, the exhibition will feature a United Kingdom Pavilion and an interactive industry display.
