Longford to get $1B facelift

BHP Billiton has walked away from Browse but recommitted to the Gippsland Basin joint venture by agreeing to a $US520 million ($A492.8 million) spend on the Longford gas conditioning plant required to condition gas from the Kipper Tuna Turrum offshore project as part of a $1 billion-plus makeover.
