AJ Lucas restructures financing to fund Cuadrilla

AJ LUCAS has been granted a waiver of an Australian Securities Exchange listing rule to allow it to restructure its loan with Kerogen without seeking shareholder approval.

The company has a 42% stake in Cuadrilla Resources and has been trying to finance Cuadrilla's plans in the Bowland shale play in the UK.
