Air-hose couplings a clear and present danger

BEWARE the air-hose coupling. That is the latest warning from the National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority.

In recent inspections on some facilities, NOPSEMA inspectors have discovered pressurised air-hose couplings that have been incorrectly assembled.
