GOLDEN Gate Petroleum's legal stoush with Paul Page & Petro Raider may have become more complicated, with Arturus Capital, a company at the centre of the dispute, being wound up.

The dispute relates to an option agreement Paul Page says it has with Arturus to obtain a working interest in the Permian Basin Project GGP bought from Arturus.
