Another shot in the Empire war

ERM Power director Tony Ianello has warned that indemnities under which Empire Oil & Gas is funding the legal costs of directors suing Empire shareholders and others for alleged defamation will be immediately reviewed, should ERM succeed in its bid to spill three quarters of the Empire board.
