SOUTHEAST Asia and California-focused oil and gas company Neon Energy has scored the WA-503-P exploration permit offshore Western Australia in the 2013 Australian offshore petroleum exploration acreage gazettal.

Neon will be the operator with a 100% working interest in the block, which has a six-year term.
