EXOMA Energy has received approval Queensland Department of Natural Resources and Mines approval to relinquish unprospective permit areas within its Galilee Basin joint venture.

The company operates the joint venture in conjunction with China National Offshore Oil Corporation, covering permits ATP 991, 996, 999, 1005 and 1008.
