Neon, MEO set to merge

AUSTRALIAN-based juniors Neon Energy and MEO Australia have announced plans for an all-scrip merger of the companies that would leave each party with 50% of the new entity.

In the scheme of arrangement, MEO shareholders will exchange each of their shares for 0.7369 Neon shares.
