Adcorp targets Aussie expansion

WORKFORCE management and services specialist Adcorp has bolstered its presence in Africa and Asia Pacific by acquiring Australian-based oil and gas recruiter Dare Holdings for an estimated $30 million.

The Johannesburg Stock Exchange-listed Adcorp's final purchase price will dependent on the future earnings achieved by the business.
