FPSO owner guilty of criminal cartel role

THE Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has obtained the first guilty plea for criminal cartel conduct in Australia from multinational FPSO owner and shipping and logistics firm Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha.
