During the fourth quarter of 2003 the company did secure approval for a gas pipeline to tie-in its new gas plant with the main gas transmission line. Two holes were also drilled within the Wyong Gas Project, while the company continued to make ground in the development of an initial five well drilling program within the Hunter Gas Project.

The company's signature Camden Gas Project has progressed through Stage II with 24 out of 29 wells fractured achieving self-flowing status. All the preparatory work for the gas gathering system for the wells in Stage II were also completed, along with the ongoing development of the new gas plant.

Total gas sales from Stage I equaled $676,793 with the Ray Beddoe Treatment Plant operating at 95% efficiency for the second consecutive quarter.
