THE Queensland Gas Company (QGC) and Australian Pipeline Trust APT) have reached agreement for the connection of QGCs Argyle coalbed methane gas field in the Surat Basin with the Roma-to-Brisbane pipeline.
The agreement will allow QGC to connect its planned 18.5km high-pressure gas pipeline from the field with the Roma-to-Brisbane Pipeline
The Argyle Pilot now has certified 3P gas reserves of 102.4PJ (equivalent to 98.5 Bscf) and it is expected the new Argyle East pilot will boost that figure.
