Origin talks up CSM partner short-list

ORIGIN Energy has yet again urged shareholders to reject BG Group's $13.8 billion hostile takeover bid, saying it has short-listed potential partners that will help commercialise the company's coal seam methane assets.

Chairman Kevin McCann said in the company's formal response to BG's offer the short-listed parties have offered to help BG develop a CSM to liquefied natural gas project.
