Elixir examines PSC holdup, conventional options

ELIXIR Petroleum believes it has got to the bottom of administrative matters holding up Mongolian government approval of the production sharing contract for its Nomgon IX CSG project that covers 7 million acres in the country’s South Gobi region close to the Chinese border.
