Woodside appeals Bay Village development decision

A DECISION by the Kimberly Pilbara Gascoyne Joint Development Assessment Panel, which granted Woodside Petroleum planning approval for a fly-in fly-out accommodation facility in Karratha - but imposed a series of conditions including a ten-year development time limit - will be appealed by Woodside in an interim move to 'protect' the company's position on the project.
