Singapore LNG bunkering hub on table at OSEA

OSEA opened today in Singapore with its guest of honour speaker this year the city-state's Senior Parliamentary secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Trade and Industry Dr Tan Wu Meng, who outlined plans for a major LNG bunkering hub.
