Contentious Subsea 7 pipeline facility up for public comment

THE Western Australian Environmental Protection Authority is again seeking public comment a year after it previously sought comment on a draft environmental scoping plan to build a new pipeline factory and bundle plant south of Exmouth, which it opened today.
