Barossa FID expected by years' end

AUSTRALIAN major oil and producer Santos has posted a 22% increase in production for the third quarter from all five of its core assets driven by higher domestic gas and LNG volumes.

  Santos production rose to 25.1 million barrels of oil equivalent. This in turn pushed sales up 2% to US$797 million, which the company said "demonstrated the strength of its diversified portfolio"...
