GULF of Mexico-focussed Otto Energy and operator Talos Energy are facing challenges at their Green Canyon 21 field - unable to ramp up production due to damage sustained by the latest hurricane to pass through the area in what’s been a notoriously difficult weather season.
Otto Energy has a 16.67% working interest and a 13.33% net revenue interest in the GC21 lease and project, with Talos holding the rest.
