Leigh Creek steps closer to urea development

LEIGH Creek Energy has signed a binding Heads of Agreement that will set the path for it to negotiate terms with leading South Korean engineering firm DL E&C for it to begin front-end engineering and design and the pre-feasibility study for the Australian company’s urea project.
