Carnarvon confirms fourth quarter Buffalo spud 

CARNARVON Petroleum has confirmed a fourth-quarter spud for its Buffalo-10 well in Timor-Leste waters after receiving its US$20 million payment from Advance Energy under the farm in terms hashed out earlier this year.
