Kinetiko approved to acquire majority stake in Afro Energy

KINETIKO Energy has received approval from the South African government to acquire a controlling stake in local energy company Afro Energy, giving it full ownership of 7000sq-km of gas exploration acreage and a simplified ownership structure.
