SANTOS and ConocoPhillips are still in disagreement, jeopardising Santos' stake in the $3 billion Pikka oil project in Alaska's North Slope, letters from both companies to state authorities show. Houston-based ConocoPhillips is Alaska's largest oil and gas producer.
