Strike announced its plans to shareholders on Tuesday, after signing a binding contract to acquire the freehold farming land in the Shore of Three Springs for $13.5 million.
PERTH Basin gas developer Strike Energy has revealed plans to diversify its business into renewables acquiring 35 square kilometres of land to build a solar and wind farm along with a carbon farm in the Mid West region of Western Australia.
