Coretrack, Imdex join forces

PERTH-based drilling technologist specialist Coretrack and drilling fluids and downhole instrumentation supplier Imdex have agreed to merge to create a company with a portfolio of world-class technologies for the oil and gas industry.

The merger will be completed through a scheme of arrangement with Coretrack share and option holders receiving a total of $28.4 million in the form of 43.39 million Imdex shares issued at 65.
